It’s a New year and a New Start. We’ve took stock and listened to all of our customer feedback. We have not just listened we’ve took direct action and we are making big changes.
The first change we have made is to bring in a top class chef. Our new chef Tony Davis in two words is TOP DRAW. He has worked all over the world in some serious High Class restaurants. His experience at the highest level, sheer eye for detail and running of the kitchen is second to none. He has already implemented huge changes to the running of the chameleon kitchen and has just designed our new menus including the Al la Carte and Pre Theatre Menus.
