Green Room Restaurant Terms and Conditions:

Seating Policy:

• Please be on time for your reservation or notify us as soon as possible if you are running late
• We will hold tables for 15 minutes, after which time your booking will be released and opened to other guests
• Your table will be required back after 2 hours maximum, unless otherwise notified
• Our Green Room Restaurant accommodates tables of 2-6 people for A La Carte Dining (tables of 7/8 people will be offered where available)
• For parties of more than 8 people, please contact our Events Coordinator on 0121 643 2233 for further information on Group Dining (Set Menu)
• We require card details to make the following reservations:
• Saturday Nights after 6pm (any size booking)
• Bookings of 7/8 people (any day/time)

• If booking online, a member of our team will be in contact with you to confirm your booking

Cancellation Policy:

• If the whole booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice a £5 fee per person will apply

Afternoon Tea Booking:

• Advance booking essential – please call to book at least 24hrs in advance on 0121 643 2233
• We require credit/debit card details to secure your reservation, full payment is required on the day
• Please advise of any dietary requirements

Cancellation Policy:

• A cancellation fee of 50% will apply if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice of your Afternoon Tea booking
